Manitenance

Monthly Maintenance:

Decision was taken in AGM for collecting monthly maintenance at Rs. 0.50 per sqft. Delay in Non Payment of maintenance after the due date of 15th of every month will incur penalty of 18% interest per annum from the due date compounded annually. This would not be negotiable. Monthly Maintenance collection started on 1st November 2019 onwards.
